Weblogic ... Conflict

We have following Error:

Integrated WebLogic Server Instance Conflic:

Unable to reserve the .lok file for Integrated WebLogic Server (IntegratedWebLogicServer). Typically this is because another instance of this server is already running in the WebLogic domain (C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\JDeveloper\system11.1.2.2.39.61.83.1\DefaultDomain).
