weblogic-application.xml file generates error BeanAlreadyExistsException: Bean already exists: weblo

Hello,

I had the tedious job to downgrade from Jdeveloper 11.1.2.4.0 to Jdeveloper 11.1.1.6.0

Following this downgrade, I am having the following issue.

The file weblogic-application.xml gives the warning message : "File not in project content of 'ViewController.jpr'".

Also, every time I run the fusion web app the 3 entries below get doubled or more and so the run eventually fails

Caused By: weblogic.descriptor.BeanAlreadyExistsException: Bean already exists: "weblogic.j2ee.descriptor.wl.LibraryRefBeanImpl@86fad31f(/LibraryRefs[[CompoundKey: adf.oracle.domain]])"

Do you know how can I overcome this?
