Java and JavaScript in the Database

I am having a problem if I use an ID which is not the schema owner, but has select,insert,update,delete provileges on other schema objects. I defined public synonyms also.

The weblogic application loads data into tables, but not able to find the objects if I provide non-schema-owner ID in the properties file of weblogic.

I would appreciate if anybody could help me in resolving the problem.
