WebGate Config: The AccessGate is unable to contact any Access Servers

I am getting this error while configuring 11g webgate (configured in simplemode) on OHS:

I am able to do telnet from the OHS Server to 11g R1 OAM Server (Solaris box).
Can anyone please help.
