WebGate 10g install against OAM 11gR1 fails with "connection refused"

Hi there,

I just installed an OAM 11gR1 instance. I am able to login to the console and can see that the server is running.

I have gone through the steps to provision a 10g WebGate (10.1.4.3 for OHS 11g on Linux x86). Under the Primary Server list, it lists the current oam_server and the proxy port (5575 on my system).

I am now trying to install the WebGate on another machine, and it keeps failing saying "oamhost.mydomain.com:5575: Connection refused"

I have looked on the OAM server, and I don't see anything running on the proxy port -- even though the OAM server is up and running. Is there a separate step I need to do to get the OAM proxy running?
