Webcenter Spaces Data control

Hi All,

I have requirement like, i have created one Data control in web center spaces using SQL query. and i want to use that data control on my page as a form (Not read only). i selected form while adding that data control on the page. its showing in non-editable mode .

i want that is in editable mode so i can update the data on that form.. can you pls help me out why this problem ? is it installation issue ?
i followed this link here it was showing as editable mode .
