Webcenter portal extension in Jdeveloper 12C

Hi All,

I am using Jdeveloper 12.2.1.0.0 and webcenter Version 12.2.1.2.0.

I am new to webcenter portal. I followed the link https://docs.oracle.com/middleware/1221/wcp/JPSDG.pdf and tried creating portlets. But I am not able to see the Create Portlet Entry on right click of taskflow or pages.

Is there anything we need to do after installing extensions?

Please also help with some sample applications for 12C to create UI in Jdeveloper and use it in webcenter portal.
