Webcenter - IPM/BPM Integration

Ashok EFeb 13 2017

Hi All,

I am working on a implementation AP Solution Accelerator using  Webcenter Imaging and EBS, with application adapter (AXF) and BPEL processes (which comes with Solution Accelerator).

I am able to scan a document via Webcenter Capture , load it into Webcenter Imaging using commit drivers.

As soon as Webcenter Imaging gets the document, in the inout/Input Agent application, it triggers the "Document Routing" BPEL process and BPM tasks "InvoiceProcessing" for PO type invoices and "Account Distribution" for NON-PO type invoices will be created in BPM worklist.

The invoice processing BPEL process creates an instance, I am able to login as a user into the "BPM" worklist application, and see that a task has been assigned.

Now My questions are  below,

1. When I click on task (Account Distribution/InvoiceProcessing),automatically logged off from BPM worklist. I need to login again and click on task to open. - Frequently logged out from BPM worklist on click of any task.

2. After I open a task say Account Distribution, I can see "Open Invoice", On click of Open Invoice link it opens Oracle IPM imaging and asking for login credentials -  I need to use same BPM worklist logged in user details to login Oracle IPM imaging to see Invoice without providing login details again as I already logged into BPM.

3. For PO type invoices BPEL process creates "InvoiceProcessing" task in BPM worklist - On click of  InvoiceProcessing task I can see Actions like Complete invoice, Rescan, Request For Information, Delete Invoice and others. But I cannot see any screen similar to Account Distribution screen. Is this expected behaviour? Nothing to show for PO based Invoices for InvoiceProcessing task expected action buttons?

Please let me know, if you have any pointers for the same.

Thanks in Advance,

Ashok E
