Webbrowser in java ???

I want to make Web browser in java .
through this browser i want to access local hardisk like ftp,
2nd php page
3rd Html page
4th css
5th javascript.

means i just wan to develop a web browser just like IE ?

is it possible ?

if yes the pl help me and tell me hoe to do it and what classes should i have to use and for what.
