I am confuguring OFM 11.1.1.2.0 on Weblogic 10.3.3 on Windows Server 2003.
However while Confuguring the Oracle Identity Manager Components,
it fails while creating the Oracle HTTP Server. It says that it cannot connect to the Admin Server. At this point I realize that the Admin Server has been shut down. Upon trying to restart, it starts but shutdowns immediately. The logs only mention the following :

+<AdminServer> Default" listening on 10.76.243.92:7001 was shutdown+
I checked out the -Xrs parameter but it doesnt work. Anyone faced similar probem and was ablre to get around it ?
