Web service time out when calling APEX_WEB_SERVICE.make_rest_request

Hi All,

We are working on web service make_rest_request call, while we have invoked in APEX 4.2 application we are getting below error.

ORA-29273: HTTP request failed ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_HTTP", line 1130 ORA-12535: TNS:operation timed out

We are unable to trace what could be exact problem, could some one help me on this.
