I am trying to use a substitution variable in the Web Service SOAP Request. I have a Page Item 'P818_CENTRIS_APP_USER' that I want to be substituted for the item value. See below:

When I test the Web Service, the result doesn't seem to have susbtituted the value. Am I missing something/
