Web Service for SMS

Gud Eveng Everybody,

I use the web service in oracle forms 10g.
and user this web service..
http://www.webservicex.net/sendsmsworld.asmx?WSDL

But i am not able to send mail. Please give the web service path which provide me the free sms.
I beloging from india..
