WEB SERVICE AND DATABASE

Hi,
I don't solved problem with web service and database connection.
Which are the steps to create a web service connected to database in JDev?

I'm working with Oracle BPEL 10.1.0.2 , JDev 10.1.0.2, Oracle Database 10g release1 on S.O. Win XP Home Edition SP2.
