Web Hosting Using Apache, Resin, and SQL Server

843836Apr 8 2004 — edited Jun 25 2004
I can't find the appropriate forum to post such a question so I'll post it here.

My web site is being hosted by LFC Hosting. They runs IIS with an ISAPI filter to Tomcat and a SQL Server database.

There seems to be a limitation of this architecture, which I can't deal with ... not being able to use a JSP default document. There are "hack" work arounds, which I don't want to deal with. I would prefer to be on an Apache/Tomcat|Resin architecture, but still want a SQL Server Database.

Scouring the web I am having trouble finding such a host. Most hosts do IIS/MSSQL or Apache/MySQL. Is there any that do Apache/Tomcat|Resin/SQLServer?

I would appreciate any recommendations.

Thank you,
Michael
