web/fax

I'm writing a web site in java using jsp and servlets. Is it possible to fax from a web site to a fax machine? I need for someone to hit a submit on a form, the data to be sent to the server and data based, and then a text file faxed.

Can faxing via web to fax machine be done with jsp? Does anyone know if this can be done at all on the web?
