Web design In APEX

Hello All,

I'm working on an APEX application and web site in order to deploy it later on APEX domain. Just like any other web site I have some public pages like Home and so on, also I have the application pages with they are not public but require user name and password (Authentication). I have been searching this forum in order to find information about to design and control this issue like make the session ID = 0. I read the oracle documentation and tutorial but there are no enough examples.

Hope if any one can help tell my about examples about make some pages public and some not
