Web Analysis cursor transforms in hourglass

I’m using the 9.3.1 version of Web Analysis and every time a user tries to access a report to which it doesn’t have access rights to, the cursor transforms into an hourglass. The only way to solve this is to login again. This might not seem relevant but when it happens, the user gets confused about what the system is doing. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thank you
