we would like to view Client machine ip on audit information rather than application server ip !

Dear friends Hi,
our clients (ip range x.x.x.100 - x.x.x.200) running application that is on application server ( with ip eg. x.x.x.25 )
application using single database user (e.g. my_db_user) for connection to database.
On our oracle database 11.2 g ,
1-audit_trail is set as db,extended ,
2-Audit update on a_table
Can we view which client computer ip ( with client ip) did an update ?
