WCC and IBR - DocConverterResults.hda not found - Refinery not processing submitted jobs.

I have installed a fresh Oracle 11g WCC server in a Windows 2012 environment and configured the refinery to handle 3'rd party MS-Office refinery operations. The problem I am running into is as follows:

Log entry for conversion job '2':

D:/Oracle/Middleware/user_projects/domains/wcc_domain/ucm/ibr/vault/~temp/MyServerName/2/DocConverterResults.hda (The system cannot find the file specified)

java.io.FileNotFoundException: D:\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\wcc_domain\ucm\ibr\vault\~temp\MYSERVER66925etcom16200\2\DocConverterResults.hda (The system cannot find the file specified)

I have looked at this from every angle I can and am stumped. Any ideas from the community?
