Way to find out which APEX table stores particular application data?

If, for example, I have gone to Shared Components --> Templates --> Edit Page Template
and I want to find out which APEX table stores the data that is displayed on that page in the Definition --> Header section,
is there a way to do that?

In this particular case, I would like to query all applications for a '<link rel="stylesheet" ' string

Any guidance would be GREATLY appreciated
