Hi everybody,

I have configured osb osb-10.4.0.1.0 on Linux red hat 5.8 and with a drive : Dell™ PowerVault™ 114x LTO4-120HH (IBM).
sg_map -i -x
/dev/sg3 1 0 0 0 1 /dev/nst0 IBM ULTRIUM-HH4 B6W1

I have tried label a tape and show this error: labelvol --drive Tape1 WEEK_ORAFS-000001

Warning: unknown device type. This device is not supported by Oracle Secure Backup
Warning: and is therefore not guaranteed to work with Oracle's driver.

I read that perhaps i have to update the firmware !! It's corrrect this point??
If not, which is the problem?
