WARNING: Subscription for node down event still pending

Hello, I have a problem with my listener. I have installed 10G over Advanced Server 4.0, five months ago. Yesterday i had to restart my server because all the application were death. I tried with lsnrctl status, first, and lsnrctl stop at least. Always appeared the message connecting...
When i see the listener.log i found the message "WARNING: Subscription for node down event still pending", since the first day that I started the DB.
I don't know why the listener stops.
Anybody can help me?
