Warning message about SAN disk (HITACHI)

There is a warning message about SAN disk as below. I've searched many articles about this issue, but I do not find how to solve it. I did contact SAN disk vendor, but they said there is no error messages. Does anyone have same problem who have already solved it or someone can assist me to figure out where the problem is, many thanks
