WARNING: inbound connection timed out (ORA-3136)

Hi,

My database is running on 10.2.0.3.0 version on Solaris 5.10.
I observe "WARNING: inbound connection timed out (ORA-3136)" warning for more than 3 days, almost at the same time between 19:02 to 19:04. In the sqlnet.log file i see the below error mesage. Users are complaning they are experiencing outage for few mins. Can any one advice what might have gone wrong and what i need to do to fix the issue.

Fatal NI connect error 12170.
