Wanted to Convert a date column with value '2020-05-09T03:59:59.000+00:00' from UTC to Chicago timez

Hi I have been trying to convert the UTC date field to Chicago timezone

tried this

FROM_TZ(CAST(to_char(dfl.SCHEDULE_SHIP_DATE,

'YYYY-MM-DD HH:MI:SS') AS TIMESTAMP), 'Europe/London')

AT TIME ZONE 'America/Chicago ,

but was not able to convert . can some one throw some light please
