Want to remove Listener Service not configured properly

Hi

Wanted to know how to remove listener service not configured from crs. I did netca and deleted bad configuration. But i still CRS-0210 when i try to start the service.

I did, srvctl remove options but it throws error resource doesn't exist.

Really want to get use to clusterware commands.
