Want to pass page item using javascript link

My button open a page on new window using javascript
javascript:window.open('f?p=&APP_ID.:29:&SESSION.::&DEBUG.:::');
now i want to pass page item P30_MSQ_CUS_CODE value to P29_NEW_CUS_CODE . i tried
javascript:window.open('f?p=&APP_ID.:29:&SESSION.::&DEBUG.:::&P30_MSQ_CUS_CODE.'||:P29_NEW_CUS_CODE);
but couldn't .
any suggesstion?
