Want to implement Panel Drawer similar to the one in Oracle SaaS

Hi,
I am developing ADF application and my requirement is to implement Panel Drawer and when i click on any of the link inside panel drawer, Tabs must be opened on the page similar to the one highlighted in the image.
Can someone please suggest which component/components to use to achieve the requirement.
I am using Jdeveloper 12.2.1.4.0
