Want to create an exe file

Hi,
I want to create an exe file which will start an instance with Oracle log in as a user, username and password will be hardcoded execte a script and then exit oracle log on.
Can someone suggest a way of doing it
if i could invoke a script out of script write a DOS based execuatable scripts or any other suggestions...
