want to copy one file from one Oracle VM to another VM URGENT

Hi to all,

i have created 2 VM and i installed OEL(oracle Enterprise Linux) on both machine i want to copy one fiile from that one machine to another Or if possible i want to copy that file in to my base machine where i install Oracle Vm .my base machine is windows 7
