Want to check it a given number is multiple of 8

Hi,

How can i check whether a given number is multiple of 8.

My requirement is whenever user inputs any number, a check must occur whether it is multiple of 8 or not.

if it is not then and rpad it with 0 to make it.

Can anyone tell me how i can do this?
