Wait and delay 15 Seconds in Soa suite 12.2.1

Hi,

I have to introduce a delay of 15sec between two service invocations

My flow is like.

BPEL - OSB - S1(synch)

Retrieve Id from S1 and wait for seconds and then call Service S2 to retrieve response and then continue flow in BPEL.

I would like to know whether i should wait for 15 second in BPEL and then call Service S2 or I can use JavaScript in osb and then call Service S2.

Which will be a better choice.
