Hello Guys,

I want to understand the basic concept of this vsz and rss memory utilization in Linux. In ps -aux output, why the vzs is alsways more that rss for most of the processes, even if there is no swap utilization ? Would any expert guide me on this or show me the right direction ?

Thanks in Advance.
Regards,
