VS2003 Project files Or Build Instructions

Can someone please point me to the build instructions for Visual Studio 2003 SP1 ?

The current version of Berkley DB 5.3.2.26 does not have the VS2003 Projects.

Any ideas on how to get the software built using Visual Studio 2003?
