VPN connection via JAVA Application

Hello,

I want to establish a VPN connection via JAVA Application, when i try to establish this connection via VPN Client there are some required layers such as Connection Entry, Host, group Authentication (Name, Password). Connection will be IPsec over UDP. Can i find any source code from anywhere?
