Volume control circular knob

Hy there, i found a volume knob in JavaFx 2.0 at http://fxexperience.com/2012/01/fun-javafx-2-0-audio-player/

I was wondering if there is a implementation for that one already in JFX 1.8

You know, i mean a slider like being "radial" or "circular"

It would be even enough to think about a circle where the knob is rotating around.

I did not get the idea to get started with it.
