Vmware Tools services are NOT running on Linux 6.5

# cat /etc/*release

Oracle Linux Server release 6.5

Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.5 (Santiago)

But i am sure i installed vmware tools on my machine

but services are NOT up and running.
