VMware tools for Enterprise Linux 5 64-bit in VMware server 1.0.0

Hi, I installed Oracle Enterprise Linux 5 64-bit in VMware server 1.0.0. I am unable to install the VMware tools as it says kernel mismatch.

Could you tell me where find the tool?
