VM3.3 - Can't create repository using FC due to OCFS2

Sergio-OCJul 7 2014 — edited Sep 18 2014

Hi,

I upgraded my VM SPARC network to the latest 3.3 version so that I can use now the Fiber Channel volumes instead NFS to increase the speed.

Problem:

when creating the repository using the volume automatically discovered, the VM manager throws a error "OVMRU_002030E Cannot create OCFS2 file system with local file server: Local FS oraclevmcenter. Its server is not in a cluster"

I only have a server so clustering doesn't make sense.

How can overcome this OCFS2 issue? There is a way to bypass this checking?

I need to configure something in the Storage Array?

Server: T4-2

Storage: 2500-M2

Thanks

Best regards

Sergio
