VM Server reboots everytime when New Virtual machine is created

Hey,

I have 2 servers in HA Enabled pool
1 is master
2nd is utility and virtual server.

Whenever i try to create a new virtual system in the pool after 2-3 minutes my utility server reboots and and the system is hanged in - 'creating ' status.

I have tried creating it with auto - server option as well as manual server option.but still it happens the same.

Each has enough amount of free memory.
My /OVS is mounted on SAN .So disk space is also not the issue.

Can anyone suggest anything on this issue.
