VKRM process is braking some transactions in Oracle Db

Hello, guys.

We got WIn7+Oracle 11.2.

We noticed that randomly some time some transactions are broken in Database.

We found that usual time when this happens is 10:00PM.

We investigated and found that during this time(According Windows log event details and alert.log in Oracle) VKRM process is scheduled to start in Oracle.

Here is the info from Windows log event:

“Initializing PGA for process VKRM in instance nrg.”

This(broken transactions) happens not every day at 10:00PM but randomly(once a week, once a two weeks).

Any ideas what else cou8ld be investigate for resolving/understanding root cause of this issue.
