Virus Scanning with JAVA while uploading files (Urgent Help)

Hello,

I have simple requirement, i need to implement a functionality to scan the file before uploading using Java in our web application.

We have
Linux server
CentOS release 5.4 (Final)
2.6.18-53.el5 i686 i386
Core2 duo
4GB

JDK Version: 1.5
Oracle Application Server.

Does anybody have idea about any API for this? Please help.
