Virus for ODBC Package Download

Hi, I've been trying to download the latest ODBC Development and Runtime package from version 21.7.0.0.0. Cisco Umbrella, Google, Outlook all detect this file as containing a virus.
Filename: instantclient-odbc-nt-21.7.0.0.0dbru.zip
Instant Client for Windows 32-bit (0 Bytes)Is this a false positive?
The prior 19.16.0.0.0 version downloads fine.
