virus and trojan horse

when my virus scan runs these show up and i remove them and they come back. This looks like a big problem to me don't know about you.
Trojan horse Java\Classloader infected. Embedded object
Virus identified Java/ByteVerify Infected . Embedded object
I don't know where these are coming from. I remove them and they keep coming back. Email me if you got a fix for this.
