VirtualBox on mac installed fine, but VMs not starting

I am new to working with VMs. Tried downloading virtualbox for OS X hosts from virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads page. Faced no issues with the download and installation was also successful. However, after creating a VM, I am unable to start the same. Here's the error message I get.
