The virtualbox am using failed to start, here are the details
1. The virtualbox installed on Mac Pc.
2. Virtual box is used to run windows 7 64 bits.
3. Error message and logs can be shared.
Just the error message,

The virtual machine 'Ultimate7' has terminated unexpectedly during startup with exit code 1(0X01)
Result code: NS_Error_Failure (0X80004005)
