Virtual printer driver

Hello,

Is it possible to make a virtual print driver? And then i mean to generate your own virtual print driver. The print driver must generate JPG/TIFF from any program in Windows.

I want to develop it myself. I want to use Java but C# is also ok.

Who knows how to get started???
