VIP missing in RAC

Hi

I installed RAC11gR2 on linux. When I was installing the grid infrastructure the configuration on the node2 failed because it could instantiate the disk group where are located the voting disks and OCR files. after it, I resolved the problem rebooting the server. The clusterware of node2 is working but when I am going to create the database with the dbca , The DBCA shows a message that vip is not running and in effect is not running. The message is this one:

Virtual IP address is not configured for cluster node "nodo2". Run "/u01/app/11.2.0/grid/bin/srvctl" as root user to configure
it before performing the "Create a Database" operation.

Can you help me to construct the options of the srvctl command to do this ?
