vip IP addresses

hi all.
i am using
Oracle database 11g Release2
Oracle grid 11g R2
Oracle Linux 5.5

i got strange error i am not able to solve it
yesterday it was working
but when i started my pc today so the VIP addresses is not working
when i ping so there is no pinging.
here is the result plz guide me.
[root@racnode1 ~]# ping -c 3 racnode1-vip.localdomain
PING racnode1-vip.localdomain (192.167.1.251) 56(84) bytes of data.
From racnode1 (192.167.1.151) icmp_seq=1 Destination Host Unreachable
From racnode1 (192.167.1.151) icmp_seq=2 Destination Host Unreachable
From racnode1 (192.167.1.151) icmp_seq=3 Destination Host Unreachable
